A working paper for the people who decide what gets built

Superintelligence
That Delivers

A system built to deliver civic, social and economic benefit every day — built and run inside one company, designed for institutions and nations. If it wins, a nation can run its institutions on intelligence it owns.

How to read thisParts I–III describe what has shipped; every figure carries a receipt mark (R14) traced in Appendix C. Part IV is what we propose. Estimates say so. The ring carries one tick per WAKE release (123) — the news song-and-film series on slide 13.
For information and discussion only. Not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any vehicle, in any jurisdiction; any participation only with qualified persons under definitive documents and only where lawful. Company figures are unaudited management information; Part IV is a proposal, not a commitment.

The invitation
Superintelligence That Delivers · Cook Technology Corp

We are not asking you to fund Cook Technology. We are asking you to build a superintelligence with us.

What it is

We use the word the way an engineer uses it, not the way a lab markets it: intelligence that is super in reach and reliability, not in IQ — models, memory, rules, gates and people, owned as files, delivering finished civic, social and economic work every day, with a receipt for each, under an open roster and a published standard.

Why believe it

Two proofs already exist. A company that has grown for two decades on responsible development and returning customers. And a working system for one human — the first instance of what this paper describes — built in four months for about twenty thousand dollars (operator estimate), shipping in public since April: 123 releases, the newest on September 3, 2026.R10R14R26

What we ask

Participation from $50 million (indicative) to sovereign scale, from institutions able to build at national scale and prepared to be measured by published gates. It is not pitched on return: the operating businesses are built to win on merit and to return capital, and that return is second to the gates. Audited accounts, counsel-reviewed structures and compliance in every jurisdiction entered (slide 28).

The growth we intend is not in our numbers yet. Our numbers show a stable, profitable base. What we are building adds the growth.

Superintelligence That Delivers · Cook Technology Corp

Superintelligence is not a bigger model. It is a system that turns intelligence into finished work an institution can audit.

MODELMemorycharter · rules · searchable recallContinuityhandoffs · digest · sealed snapshotsGatesredaction gate · action judge · canaryHarnessmulti-provider routing · blind gradingOuter ring: Delivery — publish · archive · prove.Everything outside the core is files: portable, inspectable, forkable.DELIVERY
The model
Rented from the frontier or run locally in 4-bit — interchangeable, improving every quarter, never the scarce part.
Memory & rules
What it knows about you and the standards it must hold — as files you own, re-read every time it wakes.
Gates & receipts
Nothing publishes, sends or commits without passing an evidence gate and leaving a receipt.
People & institutions
The outer ring: technicians, cities, ministries — the human network that installs, audits and benefits from the work.
The claim
Everything outside the core is files and people. Both can be inspected, both can be replicated, and neither belongs to a lab.

Why it matters here. A superintelligence financed this way answers to its financiers. The one we propose answers to its receipts and to a gate committee its participants sit on. The build at the left of the ruler is the first instance.

Build in response to the frontier. Build the trust yourself.

CAPABILITY DELIVERED (ILLUSTRATIVE) ↑the delivery layerfinished, remembered, receiptedrelease 1release 2release 3release 4release 5release 6Grey steps: frontier capability by release (a commodity input).Gold: the layer above, inheriting each lift. Illustrative, not measured.

The frontier is an input

Capability by the token, improving every quarter, from any of seven provider families — with room for a sovereign model of your own. We rent it; we never depend on one supplier of it.

Trust is the product

Memory of your standards, knowledge of your people, the judgment to stop, a receipt for every action — and a track record of delivering, in public, on a schedule. That is not what a model release contains.

Standards are the growth mechanism

Responsible development is how the roster stays open — to technicians, partners and institutions. Each door the standard opened — partners, a club, a first conversation with a city — has been larger than the last. A published standard is how the next project arrives, not a constraint on it.

What it is
An IT field-services company in Jacksonville, Florida, founded in 2000 and technician-owned since 2014: site work for national brands and their integrators, dispatched through its own platform.R14R16
How it grew
Responsible software and responsible dealing. Gross margin rose sharply from 2019 to 2023 and has held since; a record revenue year in 2025; the large majority of revenue from returning customers every year since 2021. Profitability is management’s assessment; figures unaudited.R14
What the numbers show
Steady growth at the pace of a regional services firm, flat so far in 2026 — stability, not yet the growth this paper intends. That is deliberate: the pattern had to be reliable before it could be scaled. Detailed figures are shared under NDA.R14
What opened

Five operating rules, already in practice

Rules about who gets the value, who can see the resources, and who is allowed in — each one already measured inside one company, each one written to scale. Today is receipted; at scale is program design.

Technicians are paid on a published structure
Today: technician-owned since 2014; published, tiered rates and a path to ownership for technicians who meet the standard. At scale: certified technicians paid on the platform under the same published structure, written into the rulebook.
Resources are visible to everyone in the system
Today: every work order, visit, invoice and payment lives in one platform the company built. At scale: a receipt on every allocation; the ledger readable by every participant and by the institution’s auditor.
Access before ownership
Today: partner operators run licensed instances of the company’s platform under their own names, with the company operating the service (structure under counsel review). At scale: institutions own their memory, rules, receipts and fine-tuned specialists outright; the harness is licensed on terms that survive exit; nobody has to buy a lab.
Decisions gated by evidence
Today: the system may inform; only a person commits — every rate, every hire, and correspondence is drafted for a person to send (narrow, written, logged exceptions). At scale: gates and receipts on every consequential action; the gate log audited by the participant-chosen reviewer.
An open roster with a published standard
Today: a roster in the thousands, open to any technician who meets the standard; a club, a city. At scale: certification open to anyone who passes; the standard, the pass rate and the appeals published in every market the system enters.

Nothing structural prevents scale. The software was the missing piece, and it is being built.

The program’s Gate 1 institution is not on this map.
The physical layer. A nationwide technician network is the hands of a superintelligence: the people who install, maintain and audit it in every building it touches. The company already runs the platform, the pay structure and the certification design for that network.R14R16
The ambition. In five years: coverage on the scale of the largest logistics networks — a certified technician within a day’s reach of every national-brand site — built by certifying and dispatching technicians, independent or employed as each market requires, under a published standard and a certification anyone can pass. The platform, the pay structure and the certification design exist; the sales engine does not. Building it is the operating company’s own work, funded from its own results; the program funds the layer institutions own.
The gate. Modernization first (a ninety-day block already sequenced), one adjacent market next, then further states on published evidence. Every stage opens on evidence, not on ambition. Nothing structural prevents the scale; nothing in the numbers yet demonstrates it.R16

WAKE: the smallest complete demonstration of a daily public deadline

WAKE2026-09-034K60

CITIZEN AT BIRTH
3:43 · kinetic lyric film · published September 3, 2026

Since April the system has read the day’s headlines, written an original song about the one that matters most, performed it, timed every word to the screen, rendered a film (4K at the current spec) and published it — then logged the receipt. 123 releases between April 24 and September 3, 2026; titles and topics in Appendix D.R24R26

Why it belongs here: a public deadline with a finished artifact is the discipline institutions ask for. The songs are one operator’s editorial work, published on his own studio channel; what transfers to an institution is the deadline and the gate, not the editorial line — an institution’s daily deliverable is set by its oversight body.

The routine exists because the system was once caught simulating reviews in chat. The fix made simulated review impossible rather than discouraged. This deck was itself put through the same kind of review — five differentiated critics on one model family, an editing pass and a falsifier pass over every figure it cites, in three rounds — and revised on their findings before you read it.

Every allocation with a receipt. The discipline that governs this deck — a claim is not a claim without a source — applied to hours, parts, payments, decisions and deals. The system drafts, audits and publishes; people decide.
Transparency accelerates. Where policy permits, the ledger is shared with the counterparty; where it does not, with the institution’s own audit function. Either way the receipt exists — and a deal whose facts are already inspectable spends less time on discovery and more on the decision.
Scale follows. A method that gets more trustworthy as it grows — because each new institution adds receipts, rules and reviewers — is the opposite of the model-in-a-lab pattern, where scale concentrates dependency on one vendor.

What “wins” means: benefit every day, measured and published

Civic
Public work delivered daily by every participating institution: decisions explained, records kept, services reachable. Measured by: published deliverables per day, response times, audit findings.
Social
People kept in the work rather than replaced: technicians certified and paid, correspondents answered, knowledge preserved when a person leaves. Measured by: certified operators, hours returned to humans, continuity events handled.
Economic
Competitive businesses that function better under these principles: a national field network, a certification authority, institutional programs. Measured by: jobs created, deals closed, receipts published, margins that fund the next gate.
If the system wins at all of its goals, it changes the world: a nation can run its institutions on intelligence it owns as files, audited by its own institutions and maintained by its own nationals — with benefits allocated under a published rulebook, and growth that comes from an open roster and a published standard.

From one operator to one institution: what exists, and what does not yet

The first instance was built for one identity. An institution needs more. This table is the honest distance between the two — and Gate 1’s deliverables are exactly the rows not marked built.

Local models, memory, rules, gates, canary, sealed snapshots
Built
Shipped for one operator and one identity; restorable on bare metal from a bundle.R2R7R19
Multi-provider harness with blind grading and claim ledgers
Partial
Contract and harness shipped; exercised with one provider family at the August release; multi-provider blind grading is untested in the release.R7R8
Multi-user identity and role-scoped rules
Not built
The shipped bundles carry a single identity. Roles, permissions and per-department rule sets are Gate 1 engineering.
Data residency and classification handling
Partial
Redaction gates exist for personal identifiers; in-country hosting and classification tiers (Saudi PDPL and NDMO classification; UAE PDPL; Qatar PDPPL) do not yet.R3R24
Ledger export for an institution’s auditor
Partial
Receipts, manifests and sealed snapshots exist; an export format an external audit function can consume does not.R2R20
Sovereign-model routing (ALLaM, Falcon, Jais, Fanar)
Designed
The harness registry accepts additional provider families; the contract does not name them yet; none of the four is configured or tested. First week of Gate 1.R8
Arabic-language capability; in-country partner
Not built
Neither exists today. The in-country partner brings both; the program does not proceed in a jurisdiction without one.
Published outcome metrics from a production workflow
In progress
Draft dispositions are logged weekly; the dispatch copilot is a prototype awaiting its shadow pilot (days 15–60 of the ninety-day block). Publishing the results is Gate 0.R16R24

How it is stood up: five layers, four gates

Proposal · derived from the shipped architecture · not yet delivered anywhere
1 · Institution-owned memory
Each institution owns its charter-and-rules layer as files, in-country, readable by any model and any auditor. Rules encode policy; handoffs carry continuity across shifts, departments and vendors.
no vendor lock-in
2 · Distilled specialists
Per-function small models — correspondence, casework, dispatch, translation, compliance — fine-tuned on the institution’s own corpus, under its own data policy, and quantized to run on domestic capacity.
trained in hours; served in-country
3 · Frontier harness
A steering layer routes to whichever providers policy allows — frontier, or sovereign models such as ALLaM, Falcon, Jais or Fanar (designed, not yet configured) — grades them blind, and returns answers with claim ledgers and receipts. In a sovereign deployment it routes only to domestically hosted models; no call leaves the jurisdiction.
multi-provider, auditable
4 · Ship to oversight
The WAKE discipline — a dated deliverable, gated and receipted — applied to public service: to the institution’s oversight body daily, public where policy permits. The discipline transfers; no editorial content does.
daily, receipted
5 · Workforce
Certify, dispatch, pay and review the people who install, maintain and audit it — the pattern the operating company already runs.
certify · dispatch · pay — in-country

Inference-first, in their own words. HUMAIN’s chief executive has said publicly that “investment should focus on inference, not just training” (Tareq Amin, Oxford Business Group interview, February 2026). Each national model — ALLaM (Saudi Arabia), Falcon and Jais (UAE), Fanar (Qatar) — is a candidate provider for the harness in its own jurisdiction; none is configured or tested today.R25R8
Where we would sit — and what we lack. Capacity is being secured at state scale; this layer sits above it, turning capacity into finished institutional work owned as files. Each deployment is configured for one jurisdiction; no data, model or rule set is pooled across borders. We do not yet have an in-country partner, Arabic-language specialists or in-country hosting: the partner brings the first two; Gate 1 builds the third.

How the capital would be governed

Participantssovereign, institutional, familycapital; from $50M (indicative)Program vehicleone entity; responsible-businesscharter; gates before scaleProgramsinstitution pilots · theinstitutional layer · thecertification standardPublished receiptsweekly metrics, open ledgers, audit trailIndependent reviewtechnical, security andfinancial — participant-chosenevery participant sees the same receipts the operator sees
Responsible business, without exception. Audited accounts, counsel-reviewed structures, employment, export and data-protection rules followed in every jurisdiction the program enters.
Competitive businesses only. We build businesses that compete on merit and are run on these principles because we believe they perform better this way; none is subsidized to survive.
Gates before scale. Capital is released against published gates — at home, one institution, one sector, national — and every participant sees the same receipts the operator sees.
Proposed structure — terms are set only in definitive documents: participants hold interests in one program vehicle, managed by a dedicated program entity led by the operator with a finance lead and an in-country lead hired at Gate 1; Cook Technology Corp is the first proving ground and an operating partner, not the manager; the vehicle holds interests in each operating business it stands up; operating control stays with management; participants appoint the independent reviewer and sit on the gate committee; distributions follow the vehicle’s charter; form and domicile are settled with the anchor participant and counsel.

Participation from $50 million (indicative) to sovereign scale

Who we are asking

Institutions and families with the means to build at national scale. It is not pitched on return: the expected profile is return of capital from operating-business distributions after each gate is funded, without a venture multiple — real, second to the gates, and not the reason to be in the room.

What participation buys

A governed seat: a vote on the gate committee, the right to appoint the independent reviewer, the receipts the operator sees, and a pro-rata interest in the vehicle’s distributions under its charter. It does not buy control of the operating companies.

What we ask of the anchor participant

Nominate the in-country partner and the first institution. Gate 1 runs there — layers 1–3 stood up after the build, then ninety days of weekly receipts with hours returned and errors caught, both measured — on the participant’s own soil and under its own data law. It draws only what the build, the first hires and those ninety days require; the balance stays committed but undrawn until each gate passes. $50 million (indicative) is the floor for a seat across all four gates.

In return, full diligence access under NDA: the machine room, the archive (personal data redacted or sampled), the sealed snapshots, the company, and the operator — on any timeline the counterparty sets.

This document is provided for information and discussion only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or any interest in any vehicle, in any jurisdiction, and it does not form the basis of any contract. Any participation would be offered only to persons qualified under applicable law — in the United States, accredited investors or qualified purchasers; elsewhere, professional, institutional or sovereign investors as locally defined — only under definitive documents, and only where lawful. Figures about Cook Technology Corp are unaudited management information. The program in Part IV is a proposal, not a commitment; statements about the future are intentions, not projections. Participation amounts are indicative of program scale, not terms. It has not been reviewed or approved by any securities regulator.

lowlowmediummediumhighhighlikelihood →impact →123811456791012Numbered to the list at right; gold = medium/high impact.Placement is the operator’s own assessment.
1 · Key person
One operator built this. Mitigation: the system is files and runbooks by design — a written architecture, a reproduction guide, sealed snapshots, three backup layers. It was restored after a clean OS reinstall in May 2026.R5R19
2 · Pre-alpha
No external paying customers for the AI layer yet; first external applications are civic; the proving ground is the founder’s own company.
3 · Concentration
Customer concentration typical of a services firm at this stage; sales is the under-invested lever. Detail under NDA.R14
4 · Frontier dependency
Reasoning is rented today. Mitigation: multi-provider routing; sovereign-model routing designed but not yet exercised; local fallback at effort level zero.R8
5 · Self-reported
Every figure was produced by the system about itself or from management data — hence receipts, three rounds of adversarial review of this deck, and an archive open to audit under NDA.R10R14
6 · Ambition gap
A two-decade regional company is not a national network. That is why capital is released against gates, and why growth is described as intended, not projected.
7 · Team
No dedicated engineers on the AI product yet, and one founder’s bandwidth carries the company, the platform and the system. Gate 1 funds the program’s first engineering hires.
8 · Competition
Hyperscalers, defence-grade integrators and national champions sell to the same ministries. The difference offered is ownership as files, receipts and an open roster — defensible by track record, not by secrecy.
9 · Data and IP
The corpus is the operator’s own accounts and the company’s records; third-party personal data is not sold, licensed or exported; redaction gates run on input and output and every sealed snapshot carries a redaction log. Models fine-tuned on the operator’s correspondence stay with the operator and are not part of any licence. Vic’s harness, rules and method were built by the operator on open-weight base models under their own licences; the licence of that work to the program is a definitive-document term.R10
10 · Regulatory
Securities posture for a public working paper, financial-promotion rules in the Gulf, data-protection law and export controls on hardware: counsel review before any commitment. Nothing is offered here.
11 · Conflicts
The operator is an officer of Cook Technology, which would contract with the program; related-party terms are set in definitive documents and reviewed by the participant-chosen reviewer. Any public advisory role he holds is disclosed and recused where it touches the company or the program.
12 · Editorial content
The WAKE series comments daily on world news, including the Gulf. It is a studio product on the operator’s own channel, outside the program vehicle; the program imports its deadline-gate-receipt discipline, never its editorial layer.

The deployable agents

Voice model — standalone recovery bundle live
bundle 2.0.0 · built 2026-06-11
Everything needed to restore the operator’s email-voice model on a fresh Windows PC with a 24 GB+ GPU: local API server, browser chat, input/output gate, post-processors, and a 1.1 GB adapter over a 14B open-weight base loaded in 4-bit — the same runtime that has been live on the primary workstation. The separately released v2.0 serving layer (2026-05-16) adds a redaction gate for personal identifiers, a two-layer authoring judge, thread context, retrieval over the sent-mail corpus, 340 unit tests and 42 live probes, and the ~9 GB quantized model definition.
Companion agent — bundle live
bundle 1.0.0 · built 2026-06-11
A small persistent character that lives in a browser tab: a standard-library server with no dependencies to install, a single-page UI with a physics layer, draw mode and brain switching between a local model and a cloud model. The agent’s state is files: charter, memory, chat log, generated images. Trained voice: a rank-16 adapter on an 8B base, about ten minutes on one GPU, 174 MB, plus a merged model and the 156 KB training corpus kept for provenance.
Vic-Max / Vic 2.0 — recovery and source bundle live
0.2.0 · assembled 2026-08-11
The local steering-and-synthesis layer for critical queries: a 36B mixture-of-experts at 4-bit (23.9 GB, 131,072-token context) with its authoritative behavior contract, a multi-provider harness that owns credentials and receipts, and a native Windows application (installer, 73.5 MB, no embedded secrets). Complete buildable source: harness, desktop, schemas, evaluation cases, seed training set, packaging. Integrity manifest for the entire bundle; 12/12 contract tests and 8/8 harness tests at release.
Vic Genome — sealed identity seed livenightly
28 dated snapshots · 2026-06-20 → 2026-09-03
A compact, redacted seed of the whole system from which it can be regrown on new hardware: rules, skills, handoffs, charter, scripts, sync state and boot files. The September 3 snapshot: 1,223 files, 27.4 MB unpacked, 16 redacted files, 83 active rules (98 files including superseded), 48 skills, 146 handoffs, 83,709-word charter (the system’s “soul” file) — with a manifest, a redaction log and a version record for audit. The nightly job was down from July 8 until re-armed in August; 28 snapshots exist for the 76 days.

Capability Atlas
single page · generated 2026-06-17
An inventory of what turns a stock model session into the system: seven sections (identity and continuity, memory and knowledge, quality and self-governance, creative production, social and communications, the voice model and data lake, storage and enforcement) with shipped / in-flight / roadmapped status on every card, plus a ten-item next-wave roadmap. Header metrics at the time: 55,542-word charter, 71 standing rules, 403,903-message corpus.
GameBuddy — Friend Edition beta
Windows application · closed beta
A companion chat application for a trusted circle, with selectable local or cloud models; released under the friend-ready checklist and put through a multi-round adversarial security review before the closed beta.
Daily flightboard
skill · six checkpoints a day
A close-of-day routine that writes one trustworthy record of the day (completed, active, blocked work; decisions; token estimate), refreshes the AI-spend ledger from receipts, verifies memory and corpus integrity, reconciles the count of published WAKE videos, and renders an exact 3840×2160 status wallpaper showing fleet state, handoff counts and active work. It refuses to update if any check fails.

Governance, communications, memory

Each entry is a portable skill with its operating documentation included. First pill: state (live · beta · staged) as assessed by the operator, September 2026. Second pill: cadence.

Adversarial battery liveon demand
Peer-review loop that sends a draft to nine differentiated critics on three rival frontier systems, reconciles their critiques through an editor model and repeats until a rubric passes; every response leaves proof on disk and a missing receipt fails the run. Built and tested 2026-06-27.
Inbox drafter livescheduled
Prepares draft replies to new mail in the operator’s voice under skip rules and a strict no-commitments rule. Drafts only, created where none exists; a person reads, edits and sends (one narrow, written, logged exception); the human’s disposition of each draft is logged and feeds the weekly voice tuning.
Weekly voice tuning liveweekly
Compares drafts against what was actually sent, classifies each outcome, measures how often real intervention was needed, groups recurring problems and proposes new voice rules and safe templates for approval — without letting the drafter change its own rules.
Constellation liveweekly
Builds a relationship graph from the operator’s own email, texts and social records — second- and third-degree connections, time grouping — rendered as an interactive network; consulted before drafting. Built from the operator’s own accounts only; no third-party data is sold, licensed or exported (risk 9). Rebuilds weekly.
AI spend ledger liveon demand
A self-contained offline dashboard that tracks fixed AI subscriptions and variable token spend from receipts, forbids invented prices or dates, flags unknowns, and rebuilds from source with a hashed build log and a browser verification script. Snapshot 2026-08-10: $677.99 fixed across 7 plans, $450 usage caps, monthly actuals back to Aug 2025.
Canary gate and repair liveevery wake
A read-only pre-flight that declares where the agent is running and verifies its home is intact — rule count, handoffs, charter, brain, WAKE log, albums corpus — exiting with a stop code if anything is missing; plus a repair companion that reports the first failing line and installs a fixed gate only with explicit authorization.
Record and replay staged
A dry-run planner that reads a recorded human workflow, validates it, fills parameters and prints an ordered replay plan preferring API tool calls over screen automation — the first half of turning a task done once into a reusable skill. Never clicks, sends or deletes.
Daily flightboard livedaily

The studio

Each entry is a portable skill with its operating documentation included. First pill: state (live · beta · staged) as assessed by the operator, September 2026. Second pill: cadence.

WAKE song of the day livedaily
The WAKE engine, v3.0 (locked 2026-06-01): find the day’s headline, write the lyric, generate vocals with a fixed persona, transcribe takes locally to pick the best, force-align words to audio, render kinetic subtitles over 4K b-roll, check frames, publish, update logs and streak. Idempotent, no GPU required, halts to the human only on genuine failure. Gates: alignment target ≥80% word / 100% line, halt below 50%; loop-rejection on truncated takes.
Studio mastering liveon demand
Turns raw recordings — handheld files, voice memos, jam sessions — into distributable masters: local transcription and description, seed excerpts, generated full tracks, a fixed mastering chain (never above −10 LUFS), an optional “ghost layer” of the original, three delivery formats plus art and distributor metadata. Codified from TWO BODIES / ONE GRAVE, released 2026-05-17.
Hi-fi upscale liveon demand
Produces 192 kHz / 24-bit deliverables from lower-rate sources by bandwidth extension rather than relabeling the file.
Immersive 7.1.4 upmix liveon demand
Places separated stems (6–9 per song) into a 7.1.4 bed by role — vocals front and center, guitars to the sides, synths into the ceiling — with bass management and small timing offsets, producing an ADM master and a binaural preview for final conformance.
Meaning-first music video staged
Production standard for AI-footage music videos that stay faithful to the song: audio, lyrics and credits locked by checksum, a written meaning lock, word-level timing, frame-by-frame inspection for character drift and malformed detail, genuine restoration and interpolation for finishing, publishing gated on evidence and authorization.
Album video shipping staged
Release procedure for an authored video per album track with a thirteen-gate evidence ledger — treatment, exact lyrics, motion sources, approval edit, final master, verified audio, credits and disclosure, timed subtitles, thumbnail, verified public release, playlist order, archive hashes — and checkpointed, resumable render jobs.
Generative video launchers liveon demand
Five one-click launchers for the local image and video pipelines (drift viewer; image-to-video music-video pipeline on a 14B open video model; audio-reactive visualizer; album auto-build; chained text-to-image-to-video) — the source of the b-roll library the WAKE films draw from.

Release, archive and stewardship

Each entry is a portable skill with its operating documentation included. First pill: state (live · beta · staged) as assessed by the operator, September 2026. Second pill: cadence.

Catalog archiving staged
Inventories all media and all portable intelligence (skills, scheduled tasks, brain, charter, memory, handoffs, genome, corpus), selects the definitive master of each, copies to categorized final-output folders with hash verification, packages knowledge as a retrieval-ready dataset, and only then produces a reclaim plan. Never deletes.
Friend-ready release check liveon demand
Release-readiness checklist for a Windows app before it reaches trusted users: offline installer inspection (hash, signature, secrets), sandboxed clean install and upgrade, two-account walkthrough, chat across networks, abuse attempts, download-matches-build. Verdict: FRIEND-READY or not, with blockers.
Living-novel operations livehourly
Operations and safety manual for the living novel and its site: audit, repair, deploy, back up, secure and protect editorial quality; an hourly away-mode review may propose scenes but every AI-written scene stays provisional until the author confirms; any failed check means nothing is promoted.
Weekly release grooming stagedweekly
Weekly pass across all storage: sorts every open handoff by what it needs, reconciles each product’s source, work-in-progress, final release, backup and portable copies by hash and media probe, confirms the archive holds only finished output, and prepares — but does not execute — cleanup.
Weekly stewardship stagedweekly
Read-only audit of repositories, working folders and handoffs producing one compact return-to-desk briefing: repository state, clutter and recoverable space, handoffs in five classes, conflicts, and a review-only action list with backlog counts before and after.
Skill packaging and deployment liveon demand
Dated portable packages of the skills above and a deployer that installs them into any agent surface’s skills directory, so the same procedures run identically on every host.

Mirror, reports, credentials

Nightly mirror livenightly
nightly by design · full working system
A mirror of the entire working system, taken nightly by design — charter, rules, memory databases, skills, scripts, projects, agents, models, media — so that an archive holds the previous day’s state. Dated snapshots sit beside it. One of three backup layers; another is kept off-machine.
Continuity reports stagedweekly
weekly
Stewardship and release-grooming outputs: what changed, what is owed, what was reconciled, with backlog counts — the paper trail of the system maintaining itself.
Credentials
isolated
Provider keys and account credentials, kept apart from every other group, excluded from seeds, recovery bundles and this deck. Bundles ship with no embedded secrets by design; keys are entered once on the target machine.

WAKE ship log (entries through 2026-09-03) and the release-master archive: per-release title, date, story summary, alignment and publish record. Titles for days the log does not record (April 24 – May 6; July 22–24; July 30 – August 15; August 21–26) are taken from the archived release masters; dates are the edition dates carried in each title.

Where documents disagreed — corpus count (2.75M / 2.4M / 2,430,837), founding year (2000 vs 2009), build cost (press kit “under $50,000” for the machine room vs the ≈$20,000 build estimate here), release-count arithmetic, rule count (83 active vs 98 files), the book’s page count (386 in the listing record vs 358 on the author site), and the certification plan’s employment language vs the dispatch model’s independent technicians — this deck uses the most recent verified figure and notes the difference here or in the text. Press-kit language is quoted as the company’s attributed claim, not as an independent finding.

Every WAKE release, April 24 to September 3, 2026

WAKE is built to a daily deadline: read the day’s news, write an original song about the story that matters most, perform it, time every word to the screen, render a 4K film, publish before most people wake. 123 releases between April 24 and September 3 are listed on the following pages by date and title, with the story each one carried where the ship log records it. Dates are the edition dates carried in each title.R26

123
releases, one original song and film each, published to the channel
4K
current spec (August 2026): 4K60 masters, 24-bit audio, word-timed kinetic typography; earlier releases vary
1
object per song: a structural thesis rather than a party line, with the other side given its own honest verse

Method note (locked in the ship log, August 2026): each lyric is built around one concrete object, the thesis is structural rather than a party line, and the opposing view gets its own verse. Alignment must pass every line before a release is published. Topic lines are the ship log’s one-line summaries; where the log has none, the release itself is the record.R26

Terms used in this deck, 1 of 2

Superintelligence (as used here)
A system — models, memory, rules, gates, people and institutions — that turns intelligence into finished, auditable work every day; not a single model.
Quantization
Storing a model’s weights in fewer bits (here 4-bit) so it fits and runs on ordinary hardware with little loss of quality.
Distillation & fine-tuning
Teaching a small model a specific behavior from curated examples — here the operator’s own writing and synthetic correction pairs — instead of training a giant model from scratch.
Adapter (QLoRA)
A small add-on file of trained weights that changes a base model’s behavior without retraining the whole model; hours to train, megabytes to ship.
Mixture-of-experts (MoE)
A model built from many specialist sub-networks; only a few activate per token, so a 36B model can run like a much smaller one.
Harness
The software around the models: routing, credentials, grading, receipts, the user interface. It owns everything the model must not be trusted with.
Identity-blind grading
Scoring candidate answers with provider names hidden, so quality is judged on evidence rather than brand.
Gate
An automatic check that can stop work: nothing publishes, sends or commits until the gate passes.
Receipt
A saved, dated record proving an action happened and what evidence it rested on. Every figure in this deck has one.
Canary
A read-only pre-flight that verifies the system’s memory is intact before it does anything; if not, it stops.
Handoff
A dated note written for the next session, machine or person, so work resumes where it stopped.

Terms used in this deck, 2 of 2

Genome / sealed seed
A compact snapshot of the whole system, scheduled nightly, from which it can be regrown on new hardware.
WAKE
The news song-and-film discipline built to a daily deadline; also shorthand for “ship something finished, in public, on schedule.”
Open-ledger principles
Operating rules about who gets the value, who can see the resources, and who is allowed in — applied where they can be measured.
Charter
The system’s own account of who it is and what it must hold to — a set of files re-read at every wake (its documentation calls the file the “soul”); for an institution, its charter.
Civic (as used here)
The day-to-day work of public institutions and community bodies — services, records, decisions. Not advocacy.
Sovereign scale (as used here)
A program adopted by a national government or its institutions, run in-country under its own law.
Falsifier
A review role whose only job is to try to break a claim; a falsifier-first stop rule ends a review round early when it succeeds.
Effort level
How much frontier capability a task is allowed to consume, from none (local only) to a full multi-round contest.
Shadow mode
A console or agent that runs beside the humans, recommends and logs, but changes nothing until the team reviews it.
RAG (retrieval)
Looking up the relevant records before writing, so the answer rests on what is on file rather than on what the model remembers.
